A bit about the practice

FORMATIVE Web Solutions is a one-person practice — just you and me, working at the intersection of inner realities and outer systems.

My background spans software engineering, Agile roles, and coaching. I’ve seen how easily good people end up in unsustainable patterns — overwork, misalignment, communication breakdowns — even when they care deeply and are doing their best.

This work is about noticing those patterns together, making sense of them, and experimenting toward something more honest and workable — for you as a person and for the systems around you.
