Coaching for leaders and humans in complex systems
1:1 coaching that helps you see your patterns, slow down your thinking, and design more intentional ways of leading and living.
How our sessions work
Coaching is a space to slow down, notice what’s actually happening, and experiment with a new way forward.
What we might explore
- Burnout, emotional load, and nervous-system capacity
- Leadership identity, visibility, and imposter feelings
- Career crossroads, re-orgs, and “is this still right for me?”
- Conflict patterns, people-pleasing, over-functioning
- Your relationship to productivity, rest, and self-worth
We move at a pace that respects your capacity. There are no performance targets, no pressure to “optimize” yourself — just honest work with what’s real.
Schedule a conversationWho this is for
You don’t have to have the “perfect coaching goal” before we start. Some common starting points:
“I can’t keep working like this.”
You’re overwhelmed, tired, and noticing that rest doesn’t actually restore much. We look at the systems, beliefs, and dynamics feeding the burnout — and experiment with different ways of relating to your work.
“I’m stepping into more leadership.”
Maybe you’ve been promoted, or you’re suddenly the person everyone looks to. We explore power, influence, boundaries, and how to lead in a way that still feels like you.
“My work life and inner life are out of sync.”
On paper things are fine, but internally something feels off. We make space for that dissonance, listen to what it’s trying to say, and let that inform your next experiments.
Engagement structure & FAQs
A simple structure so we can focus on the work, not logistics.
Session cadence
Most clients meet every other week for 60 minutes. Some prefer weekly during intense seasons, and some move to monthly once momentum is established.
Length of work
Many people work with me for 3–6 months; some stay longer. We check in regularly about whether coaching is still serving you.
Between sessions
You’ll often leave with one or two small experiments or reflection prompts. Between sessions, you’re welcome to keep brief notes or questions and bring them back to our next conversation.
Is this therapy?
No. I’m not a therapist, and coaching is not a substitute for therapy. Coaching is more focused on patterns, choices, systems, and experiments in the present — and on how you want to move forward. When therapy would be more appropriate or supportive, I’ll say so directly.

Our first step is a short call to get oriented — no pressure, no hard sell. Just a chance to see if this work feels like a fit.
