Ways to work together

Different entry points, same through-line: noticing what’s really happening and designing experiments toward something more honest and sustainable.

1:1 Coaching

A regular space to work with burnout, transition, identity shifts, and the sense that your inner life and outer life are out of sync.

Together, we make sense of your patterns and stories, then translate insight into small, grounded experiments in how you relate to work, relationships, and yourself.

Agile & Team Coaching

Support for teams navigating misalignment, communication friction, or ceremonies that look good on paper but don’t feel meaningful in practice.

The focus is on people over process: clearer expectations, safer conversations, and experiment-driven improvements that fit your actual context.

Web & Systems

Lightweight websites, tools, and integrations that support the changes you’re trying to make — without becoming another system to resent.

A bit about the practice

FORMATIVE Web Solutions is a one-person practice — personal, relational, and grounded in the overlap between inner experience and outer systems.

The work is shaped by years in software engineering, Agile coaching, and personal growth. That mix means there is language both for architectures and org charts — and for nervous systems, stories, and grief.

Coaching and facilitation focus on the moments where people feel stretched, stuck, or out of alignment. Instead of forcing big reinventions, the emphasis is on small, honest experiments that shift how you relate to your work and your life.
